Dr. Ariana recently earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.  She graduated with honors from Pacific College of Health and Science, formerly Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.   Pacific College, founded in 1986, is known for its high standards of curriculum in Oriental Medicine and Holistic Health.  They have received awards for their training as well as research grants form the National Institute of Health and Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute.

Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, IL is where she earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and her second bachelor’s degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Midwest College is one of the first colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the United States. The school has been affiliated with Guangzhou University in Guangzhou China. They worked with the Council of Colleges to help set the standards of education of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the United States.

Ariana has over thirty years of experience working with people and on the human body. She has been a Massage Therapist, Krashada Acupressure Therapist, and CranioSacral Therapist and Acupuncture Practitioner in the Chicago, IL area and currently in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Ariana is certified through the National Certification Counsel for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) as a Diplomat in Oriental Medicine. She is Board Certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).  She has a license to practice Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Texas. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist in Texas.  

Ariana's first bachelor’s degree is a Bachelor of Music Education from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Dr. Ariana is constantly seeking to learn and work with treatments that elicit beneficial results.  For this reason, she often combines modalities and approaches in accordance with her client’s needs.

Often, pain and symptom relief are tied to management of stress.  Stress has been shown to be a root cause of many chronic diseases. Stress reduction has been proven to be effective using acupuncture and other treatment modalities used at Energy Center, Inc.
