Ariana has devoted over thirty years of her career helping clients find solutions to their life challenges.
Central to her work is the belief that the energy of trauma, stress, and injury can be stored in the body and can be the root or part of the root cause of an issue. The release of that energy may allow a person to move away from the initial trauma. This more detached perspective may also, potentially, initiate freedom from that injury, perhaps inviting insights and a change in relationship to it.
One of the most common reasons people find themselves in need of help to move toward wellness, Ariana believes, is stress. Unmanaged stress is the first step toward ill-health. This is why Ariana strives to assist in managing the client’s stress, subduing the fight/flight reticular alarm system cascade of hormones, initiating the parasympathetic response, clearing trapped energies the state of stress may have created, bringing the client to a place of peace, balance and working toward optimal energy flow. Ultimately, a person may set this new more balanced, positive, state as, potentially, their new normal.
Ariana believes balance is the foundation of a well person. Wellness stands upon a balance within a person physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, spiritually, and a relative balance in a person’s external life. The origin of a challenge may occur at any of these levels. In her quest to find solutions that end in good and excellent results for her clients, Ariana has studied many modalities and incorporated those that work well into her menu of services.
